Service Provider (SP)

  • Download SP App
  • Sign up
  • Send license/identification documents
  • Get activated after successful verification
  • Go Online when ready to make money

  • Login to Admin area
  • Manage Riders and SPs
  • Billing & Analytics
  • Create Subscriptions
  • Manage Promos
  • Manage Promos

Booking A Ride

  • Download, install and lunch the App.
  • Authenticate using your cell phone
  • Click on "Get started Farassi" to Register
  • Serach your destination or select from your home or work
  • Mode of transport page opens
  • Select a vehicle type
  • Choose cash or Farassi Pay
  • Add special message to your booking
  • Nogotiate or Book directly
  • Select offers from Providers
  • Then Accept the booking
  • SP sets off to pick up Rider
  • SP calls or notifies Rider via App messaging
  • SP starts the Trip
  • SP ends the Trip
  • Rider gets notified of Trip end
  • Rider gets to Rate the SP

SP Accepting A Booking

  • Download the Provider App and Install
  • Register, submit documents and get verified
  • Set your acceptable radius to receive bookings
  • Click to go online
  • Wait for Trip offers from the App
  • A bargain booking comes through
  • Take note of Rider Message in RED
  • Offer your charge and send
  • Rider Accepts your offer
  • Proceed to Rider location
  • SP navigates to the Riders location
  • Finds a save location to park
  • SP Messages Rider on arrival
  • Rider Messages SP back
  • SP starts the Trip
  • And navigates to Riders destination
  • SP and Rider arrives at destination safely
